Results / Studio work

Real work, shown honestly.

Blair Digital Studios is a new studio. Rather than publish invented client statistics, this page shows the actual projects behind the studio’s name.

Proof should explain what changed—not ask you to trust an adjective.

These studies connect the work to a concrete design or operating problem, the system Blair built, and the change that followed.

Boulevard Urban Living, Ross Design Group, and Glo Medspa are shown as qualitative project studies. No performance figures are published because none have been measured and approved for publication—Blair does not publish client statistics or testimonials it cannot substantiate.

Commerce experience2026

Digital commerce / Scottsdale, AZ

Boulevard Urban Living turned a deep catalog into a clearer shopping journey.

Boulevard is a furniture and interior-design studio where customers may begin with a product, a room, a trade relationship, or a visit to the physical showroom. The digital experience needed to support all four paths without flattening the brand into a generic product grid.

Challenge

Organize a broad furniture and décor catalog while keeping design services, trade inquiries, and showroom discovery easy to find.

Build

A collection-led commerce structure with product discovery, a virtual-showroom path, trade application, designer services, and clear store context.

Outcome

One connected storefront that supports self-directed shopping and higher-consideration design conversations from the same brand experience.

02Design presentation
Ross Design Group private design presentation showing five complete website directions
Five-direction design system2026

Architecture / Scottsdale, AZ

Ross Design Group could compare five complete digital worlds before choosing one.

A single homepage concept would have forced the firm to judge isolated styling. The presentation needed to make the larger choice tangible: how should the practice feel, speak, move, and organize its work online?

Challenge

Explore meaningfully different brand directions without reducing the decision to a moodboard or a collection of disconnected hero screens.

Build

Five complete responsive directions—Desert Monument, Chrome Gallery, Heritage Ledger, Colorblock Modernism, and Cinematic Black—each with its own art direction, content rhythm, project system, and interaction language.

Outcome

One private decision environment where the client can open each direction, experience it at full scale, and compare every option from a consistent presentation layer.

03Website & CRM architecture
Glo Medspa aesthetic medicine website concept showing the dark editorial homepage
Concept site and automation architecture2026

Aesthetic medicine / Scottsdale, AZ

Glo Medspa could be sold on the one thing competitors cannot copy.

Every med spa in the valley claims the same things—best injector, natural results, luxury experience. The category is full of sites that would still make sense with a different logo on them. The work was to find the position that would not survive a logo swap.

Challenge

Build a premium aesthetics presence for a nurse-owned practice with no usable photography, and do it without inventing a single claim about a real medical business.

Build

A 57-page concept site organised by concern rather than product, with published pricing, an assistant that answers only from verified content, and a GoHighLevel architecture behind the booking form—14 custom fields, 18 tags, a 10-stage pipeline and nine workflows.

Outcome

Every treatment page states who the treatment is not for. Refusing business in writing is the practice’s own position, made structural—and the one thing a competitor cannot lift.

What Blair measures once a system is live.

The dashboard is not the result. It is how both teams see what happened and decide what to improve next.

01
Response time
How quickly each new call or form receives a useful first reply.
02
Contact rate
How many leads enter a real two-way conversation.
03
Booking rate
How many qualified conversations become scheduled appointments.
04
Pipeline movement
Where leads advance, stall, re-engage, or leave the process.
05
Recovered value
Revenue connected to opportunities the old process was likely to miss.

Your pipeline has its own baseline

Measure the leak before you promise the lift.

Blair starts with your call volume, response behavior, booking process, and average job value. Then the opportunity becomes specific.
